Group Lessons

Group lessons are the easiest and most affordable way to take a lesson.  Adult lessons (ages 15 and over*) run 2 times a day (9:30am and 1:30pm) and run for 1.5 hours. Child lessons (ages 7 to 14 years) run 2 times a day (9am and 1pm) and go for 2 hours. 6 & Unders can participate in our Selwyn Kids Programs

*15 - 17 year old pay child prices but participate in an adult lesson.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are one on one tuition with one of our fantastic snowsports instructors. Lessons can be booked for any duration, at any time (depending on instructor availability) and can have up to 5 people participating. You benefit from the undivided attention from one of our qualified instructors as well as enjoying the benefits of participating in a snowsports school lesson such as lift queue priority. They are heaps of fun too!

Lift and Lesson Packages

For adults, the best way to purchase a Group Lesson is by buying a Lift & Lesson Package.  These packages combine your lift ticket with your group lesson and if you are buying a mulit-day package then you get 1 group lesson per day. Additional lessons are avaliable.

Helmet Policy

Selwyn Snow Resort recommends the wearing of helmets for all skiing & snowboarding activities.  The safety of your kids is very important to us, which is why all children participating in Snowsports School Programs must wear an accredited helmet.

Ski and Snowboard helmets are available to rent from all local Equipment rental stores, as well as on mountain at Selwyn's Equipment Hire.
