Snow Conditions At Selwyn Snow Resort we're ready to start our day and enjoy the amazing conditions on the slopes. We had a dusting of snow overnight after occasional flurries, and this morning the cover is looking pristine, adding to the excitement. 6 Lifts spinning today including New Chum Chair for a warm up, the Township Triple Chair for a longer run to get those legs burning and Racecourse T-Bar. Groomer's have been out in force ensuring our cover is pristine, with picks for the Beginner Long Arm for a cruise through the picturesque trees, Emu Chase for the intermediates chasing a thrill, and Racecourse for the advanced to perfect those turns on a steeper slope.
Today's Pick Icy on the roads today, take care and drive safely -- the mountain isn't going anywhere just yet.
Weather Conditions We're looking at tops of minus 1 degrees on the slopes, and its set to be a fairly windy one today with some moderate to strong winds coming in from the west, so you'll definitely feel that wind chill hit minus 14. A chance of snow is possible, easing into the afternoon so pack that Gore-tex gear so you can enjoy the mountain to its full extent.
Bureau Forecast Snow showers hit a chance of 40% around lunchtime, to ease off into the afternoon with sunny skies predicted Friday and tops of 4 degrees.
Road Conditions Frosty in the morning, for full report see RMS website.
